Erin Stern took us through her daily supplement routine to show us how her favorite Cellucor products help her reach her goals.

Pre-Workout Supplement: C4 Ripped Sport

Before training, I really love C4 Ripped Sport. It’s 135 mg of caffeine per serving. I don’t like a ton of stimulants before I go to train. I do HIIT (high intensity interval training) twice a week, I’m already getting my heart rate up and I don’t want anything that’s going to further increase my heart rate.

Since I don’t like drinking water by itself, I add Alpha Amino to a jug of water and sip on it during my workout and a little post-workout. It has zero sugar, tastes amazing, and keeps me hydrated.

Post Workout Supplement: COR-Performance Whey Protein

Post-workout recovery is necessary, and I love my COR-Performance Whey, it tastes amazing and has 24 g of protein. Post-workout I want something that’s easy and fast digesting. I have a hard time getting enough protein throughout the day so if I can have it in powder form or make my protein cheesecake and it’s the best day ever.
