Upon receiving the return at Cellucor, a representative will contact you regarding the product exchange, credit, or refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.

Purchases made at a third party retailer are handled on an individual basis.

RETURN FULFILLMENT

Orders for in-stock merchandise are normally shipped within one business day for delivery 1-4 business days after the order is placed, depending on your geographic location. Please note that orders placed on nationally observed holidays will be shipped on the next normal business day. We ship all orders via FedEx and do not require a signature for delivery. However, if you would like your package to be signed for upon delivery, please indicate that in the comments box when placing you order.

All returns are subject to approval by Cellucor to protect against fraudulent activities and Cellucor will have sole discretion to award all returns.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you purchased product or apparel through Cellucor.com and would like to return it, we do have a few guidelines.

1) Supplements and Apparel must be received by the Results Team within 30 days after delivery.

2) Apparel must be received by the Results Team unworn, unwashed, with tag and in good condition.

3) Supplement returns are only accepted if purchased through Cellucor.com. We are unable to process returns, nor provide prepaid return labels for Third Party Retailer purchases.
