As a 2x Ms. Figure Olympia champ with 14 IFBB titles to her name, Erin has solidified her status as one of the most prolific icons in bodybuilding.

How did you get started on your fitness journey?
I got into fitness after I missed the standard for the Olympic Trials in high jump by 3cm. I was left with a void that was filled by training for a figure competition. Since I had lifted weights for years before I stepped on stage, I rose to the top very quickly. I won the overall at my first and second amateur shows and then won the overall at NPC Nationals! In 3 months, I was a new Pro.
What are some of your accomplishments?
Some of my accomplishments include winning Ms. Figure Olympia twice, 14 IFBB titles including the Madrid Arnold Classic Champion. I am and always have been self-coached and a lifetime natural.
How did you hear about Cellucor?
I heard about Cellucor almost 8 years ago when I was prepping for a show. I tried the C4 Extreme and loved it from day 1! It really helped give me energy through my workouts, and also helped get me lean!


What are you working on right now?
I have a large online group of ladies that I create workout programs and meal guides for. We do weekly live Q&As and I assist them in achieving their goals.


How do you stay motivated during tough times?
I stay motivated by knowing that there is opportunity in any situation... and that any situation is only temporary. We are all incredibly lucky to have what we have, and I make time to be grateful every day. I find that a good mindset can get you through anything.


What are some of your personal and fitness goals? Anything big on the horizon?
Some personal goals include growing my business, learning a second language, and learning something new every day.
My fitness goals include completely changing my physique from figure to bikini, and being competitive in the IFBB Bikini division.
