Tiers are calculated on total approved points. There are approval periods for actions up to 14 days. Points will expire after 6 months without any purchase. The user must be logged in to see the free shipping and 2-Day shipping option at checkout. The shipping promotions are for domestic customers only and some exclusions and weight restrictions apply. Free gifts will have a minimum value of $5 and a maximum of $15. Gifts will be determined upon achieving Gold tier and can only be claimed once.
