This is one of my favorite recipes, Brett and Cela’s Protein Ice Cream. All you need is three simple ingredients. Some whey protein, my personal choice is XTEND Pro, a high-quality whey protein isolate, especially the vanilla ice cream flavor. I also use some unsweetened almond milk, although you can go for regular as well, this gives the recipe a great texture. And then you need some ripe bananas. For cooking equipment, all you’ll need is a blender.

Just because you’re on a diet doesn’t mean you have to give up eating ice cream. For this protein ice treat, all you need are three simple ingredients - starting with XTEND Pro Whey Protein Isolate.

Ingredients
150 grams frozen banana
1/2 cup almond milk
Directions
The first step to this amazing protein ice cream recipe is to peel two bananas and chop them up. As a pro tip, if you weigh your bananas on a food scale, it’ll make this recipe even easier since all you’ll need is 150 grams of bananas for the recipe.
Put your chopped bananas in a zip lock bag to freeze overnight.
Add ½ cup of almond milk and bananas to the blender.
Blend the bananas and almond milk, add extra almond milk if you want a smoother consistency.
Add a scoop of XTEND Pro to the blender and mix.
Serve and enjoy!
