2) Fit, Strong, Sexy

Essentially, FSS was born to make fitness accessible by everyone, but in a way that raises the standard on what 'fitness means'. True fitness is not about harsh dieting or rules, rather true fitness is freedom. Unlike a lot of female fitness sites, I don't preach a diet of kale and no carbs, but rather I admit that I drink wine, eat cake, workout too hard sometimes and not enough others, but THIS to me is 'my balance' and it's truly living and enjoying all that life has to offer. Finding fitness involves experimenting and finding what works for you.

FSS provides everything you need from workout videos to tips, tricks and recipes, ALL in a fun,y no-nonsense and often highly sassy way ;) My YouTube channel has actually been awarded by YouTube and is now a case study in the YouTube Creator Academy.
