5 Rules To Live By if You're A Badass

What does it mean to be ‘extreme’? You’re a badass who follows your own set of rules. These are five rules that form the code of conduct that you live by.

Rule #1: You don't let fear get the best of you

If you’re extreme, you don't feed into fear because you know it only makes fear worse. Instead of overthinking, you pour your focus on the things you can control. You channel fear into energy you can use to crush your goals.

Rule #2: You focus on the process not just the outcome

You live for the sweat and hustle. Nobody works harder than you and you wouldn’t have it any other way. You aren’t happy unless you’re grinding to achieve your goals and you enjoy every second of it.

Rule #3: You know the determination is the difference between the impossible and possible

You test limits all the time. You train your mind to view obstacles and setbacks as fuel because limitation is a lie. If someone tells you something is impossible, you won’t rest until you prove them wrong.

Rule #4: You don't find power, you create it

You know that power isn’t given to you. You have a winner's mentality and take steps to improve yourself and your standing in life. You refuse to complain about your situation because you know you control your outcomes.

Rule #5 You wake up and destroy the day, every day

Every day has purpose. Not a day goes by where you don’t have a goal to shatter because you thrive on competing against who you were yesterday. You make the most of your 24 hours and are willing to go that extra mile to feel a sense of achievement.

About Boss

Ron ‘Boss’ Everline is an intensely motivated and energetic athlete who has tremendous experience training some of the entertainment industry's biggest names. But Boss was an athlete long before he became a trainer. He spent his early life dedicated to football and played throughout college with sights on the NFL. It wasn't until later that his love of fitness led him away from a football career and down the path of personal training. He established his training business ‘Just-Train’ alongside former NFL player, Ben Emmanuel II. Boss relies on his athletic background and focuses on workouts that are functional, efficient and creative. Boss is an ‘all or nothing’ kind of guy who strives for greatness in all areas of life.
