  • 2 cups (280g) Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 scoop (13g) XTEND® Original Watermelon Explosion BCAA’s
  • 1 cup (240mL) water
  • Notes
    *You could also add a scoop of unflavored or vanilla protein powder for extra protein.
