Cookie butter protein pancakes topped with a drizzle of creamy cookie butter and cookie crumbles make for the perfect healthy, cookie butter inspired, and protein-packed breakfast!
Ingredients
Pancakes
- 1/3 cup oats (ground into flour)*
- 1 scoop XTEND Pro Cookie Butter Protein
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 whole egg
- 1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2-3 tbsp milk
Toppings
- 1-2 tbsp cookie butter (heat in microwave so it is easier to drizzle over the top)
- 1 vanilla cookie or biscoff cookie, crushed
Notes
*This is roughly 1/4 cup oat flour. You could also use whole wheat flour/white flour.
