High protein, sugar-free jello is the perfect way to crush cravings without compromising your macros.




  • Mix gelatin with boiling water. Once combined, add cool water and XTEND® BCAA’s. Whisk until completely combined.
  • Pour into a 9 x 13 dish or pan. Let chill overnight to set up.


Yield: 8 large squares (4 servings)
