High protein, sugar-free jello is the perfect way to crush cravings without compromising your macros.
Ingredients
- 4 scoops (58g) XTEND® Original Glacial Grape BCAA’s
- 3 packages gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water, or hot enough to melt gelatin
- 2 cups cold water
Instructions
- Mix gelatin with boiling water. Once combined, add cool water and XTEND® BCAA’s. Whisk until completely combined.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 dish or pan. Let chill overnight to set up.
Yield: 8 large squares (4 servings)
