Whole Wheat Pumpkin Mini Muffins Recipe

Hey, guess what? It's pumpkin season. Check out this recipe from our friend @Kim Hoeltje. 

Ingredients:

1 scoop Cellucor Protein (30g)

1/2 cup whole wheat flour (60g)

1/4 cup canned pumpkin (60g)

2 T egg substitute (30g)

1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (80ml) 

1/2 t cinnamon 

1/2 t baking powder

1/2 t vanilla extract

Dash of salt

Instructions:

Mix together all ingredients until smooth 

Bake at 350 for 14-16 minutes (adjust for regular sized muffins)

Eat plain or top with your favorite frosting!
