Ingredients
-
1 1/2 scoops (48g) Ceullcor COR-Performance Molten Chocolate Whey
¼ cup + 2 tbsp (90g) unsweetened applesauce*
¼ cup (50g) liquid egg whites
2 tbsp (10g) unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp (14g) coconut flour
2 tbsp (24g) sugar free granular sweetener**
½ tsp (3g) baking powder
1 tbsp (15g) dark chocolate chips
Protein Brownie Ingredients
Directions
Spray a large mug or microwave safe bowl with nonstick spray. Add all ingredients except for chocolate chips. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
Fold in ½ tbsp chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Check, and microwave again for 15 seconds, if needed. Be careful not to overcook. You want to leave the center slightly gooey and undercooked to keep the cake moist.
Top with more chocolate chips if desired and enjoy.
