This homemade BCAA slushie recipe is going to be your new summer go-to for staying cool and recovered. 



  1. Add all ingredients to a powerful blender. Blend until a smooth slushee consistency forms.  
  2. Pour into two glasses and enjoy as a refreshing pre / post workout treat.  

Yield: 2 large servings
