This homemade BCAA slushie recipe is going to be your new summer go-to for staying cool and recovered.
- 2 scoops (28g) XTEND Original, Mango Madness
- 1 cup (240mL) water
- 2 cups (300g) frozen mango
- 2 cups (300g) frozen pineapple
- Add all ingredients to a powerful blender. Blend until a smooth slushee consistency forms.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy as a refreshing pre / post workout treat.
