Janet Layug's XTEND Pro Chocolate Protein Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup over-ripened mashed bananas (about 3 large)
  • 1/3 cup oat flour (or almond)
  • 3/4 cup nut butter (I use all natural)
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate lava cake XTEND Pro protein powder or vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

  • Directions

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Mix ingredients well until combined.
  • Line and grease an 8x8 pan
  • Pour batter and bake until you like the texture
  • I bake this for 30 minutes (you can bake it for less time for a more gooey consistency or you can bake it for more time for a more firm consistency)
  • Let brownies cool COMPLETELY before enjoying

  • I highly recommend taking XTEND Pro for proven efficacy among athletes and wellness advocates alike and the many health benefits for reaching your fitness goals. - Janet Layug
