XTEND Pro Recipe: Chocolate Protein Muffins

Moist, tasty and chocolatey these muffins hit the spot when you’re craving a sweet treat. Best of all, they’re made with XTEND Pro so you can snack guilt-free.


  • 40g of oats
  • 1 scoop of XTEND Pro Chocolate Lava Cake
  • 1tsp of baking powder
  • 2-3tsp of cacao powder
  • 50-60g of plain yogurt
  • 40g of chocolate chips
  • Water or almond milk for mixing


  1. Mix oats, baking and cacao powder together then blend
  2. Add yogurt and a bit of water or almond milk (enough to mix, don’t add too much)
  3. Mix together
  4. Put into muffin cups and bake for 7-8mins️ (Don’t over-bake)
  5. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave
  6. Top it with the chocolate spread + any desired toppings. I used cookies
  7. Adjust the recipe to get more muffins
