Chocolate Coconut Recovery Protein Ice Cream

Turn your post-workout smoothie into a cold refreshing treat. I added L-Glutamine to assist in the recovery process! 

This recipe makes 2 servings. 


  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Scoops Cellucor Cor-Whey Protein Molten Chocolate
  • 2 Scoops Cellucor L-Glutamine
  • 1Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk for blending


Blend ingredients together. Pour blended ingredients into a sealable container and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours. Scoop and enjoy!
