No worries, you can make this recipe with no oven needed, making it a perfect treat to make year-round, even during hot summer months. To boost the protein content of these cookies we added COR-Performance Whey. Â

Ingredients
2 scoops (64g) Cellucor COR-Performance Whipped Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
½ cup + 2 tbsp (70g) coconut flour
½ cup (64g) peanut flour
½ cup (40g) oats (quick or old fashioned)
¼ cup (40g) sugar free granular sweetener
¼ tsp salt
1 cup (240mL) water (or unsweetened almond milk)
2 tbsp (30g) chocolate chips
Directions
Add coconut flour, peanut flour, oats, sweetener, and salt to a large bowl. Mix. Add water and stir until a smooth, cookie dough consistency is formed.
Last, add protein powder and mix into the dough. Adding protein powder last of the dry ingredients helps keep the dough from becoming too sticky. Once protein powder is incorporated, fold in chocolate chips.
Place dough in the fridge to chill for 15-20 minutes. This makes rolling into balls easier.
Roll into 15 balls about 1-inch in diameter each (or about 3 tbsp each). Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
