Hard to say. Seems like C4® Energy has been EVERYWHERE lately!
What are you working on right now? How do you stay motivated during tough times?
Being a professional physique athlete I am always working on my physique and the masterpiece is never just quite done!
In tough times I like to reminisce on how far I have come. From being an insecure teenager to an internationally known fitness icon.
