As an engineer, fitness model, and competitor, Tyanna Gold always keeps it 100 while leading a balanced lifestyle.
We sat down with Tyanna to discuss her fitness journey, motivation, and favorite C4® energy drink.
How did you get started on your fitness journey?
I really started my fitness journey in 2014 when I started to take the gym and weightlifting seriously. A year later, I started training and competed in my first NPC bikini competition. I went on to compete in 4 regional shows and 1 national show.
While training and competing in shows, I discovered C4® and it was actually the first pre-workout I had ever taken.
What are you working on right now? How do you stay motivated during tough times?
Right now, I offer free workouts on Instagram. I live a balanced lifestyle and not only preach about physical health—but mental health as well.
Wellness is so much more than our outer bodies. Staying motivated during quarantine has definitely been tough, but one thing that got me through it were my balcony workout and taking lots of walks.
Getting outside and getting some vitamin D daily was a must for me even in that Texas summer heat.
What are some of your personal and fitness goals? Anything big on the horizon?
My personal goal would be to just continue to grow as person. I love learning and evolving into a better version of myself. My fitness goals at the moment are to work on my agility and overall athleticism.
