MAILING IN RETURN
Please contact the Care Team via email or web widget on the bottom left of each product page to initiate the return and gather where the return should be sent to.
Upon receiving the return, a Care Team representative will contact you regarding the product exchange, credit, or refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.
Purchases made at a third party retailer are handled on an individual basis.
Orders for in-stock merchandise are normally shipped within one business day for delivery 1-4 business days after the order is placed, depending on your geographic location. Please note that orders placed on nationally observed holidays will be shipped on the next normal business day. We ship all orders via Multiple carriers based upon the current competitive rates for each and do not require a signature for delivery. However, if you would like your package to be signed for upon delivery, please message our care to to have this service applied.
