How much protein should I consume daily?

Although individual protein requirements vary with personal goals, training levels and diets, approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day is a great standard. For best results, make sure to ingest your protein through a combination of high protein foods and protein supplements, such as Super Sport and try to consume your daily protein allotment over several meals spread evenly throughout the day.

I am a drug-tested athlete, can I take Super Sport?

Although none of our products contain illegal substances, the answer to this question depends on what the athletic governing body is testing for.
