GETTING STARTED: Begin with 1 capsule, once a day with a meal and a large glass of water for at least 1 week to gauge tolerance.

REGULAR USE: For enhanced results, take 1 capsule, twice a day accompanied by a meal and a large glass of water.

ADVANCED USE: Seasoned users can consume 2 capsules, twice a day with a meal and a large glass of water. *It's normal to experience jitters and restlessness during the initial days as your body adapts to the formula. This is a typical side effect.
