Slight tingling stim. I work out 7 days a week and definitely notice my pumps increasing. The fruit punch has a medicine like flavor. Honestly I prefer C4 Ultimate Shred.
Great introduction to what the company has to offer
To start off, all the physical add on's (shaker bottle, funnel and T-shirt) are great, except for the funnel. I just do not use it at all, but that's just me. The shaker bottle has become my favorite and I use it every day. As for the supplements, you really will not find a better deal than this package has to offer. The BCAA aminos taste fantastic (lemon lime) and are really nice alternative to a beverage when water gets boring, and is great for recovery. The C4 original works so well, I have noticed improvements all around the gym and it has actually motivated me to up my gym sessions to 5 days a week for more than an hour each day. I just strongly dislike the amount of the blue dye in the product. It is really not necessary to have a product so rich in blue dye (blue razz) that anything it touches gets a blue hue. As for the Super HD Fire, I am yet to try it as I have been focused on bulking, but I'm sure I will try it one day. I really enjoyed the samples as well. All flavors where absolutely fantastic.
