ONLY ORDERS MADE ON CELLUCOR.COM SHOULD BE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO CELLUCOR.

Return Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, mail your return back for a full refund of the purchase price of the product. Returns will be processed and credited within 3-5 business days from the date we receive your package. If you are returning unopened products, please use protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

* Important – The barcode sticker on the bottom of Cellucor Products must be present in order to receive a refund. All returns are subject to approval by Cellucor to protect against fraudulent activities and Cellucor will have sole discretion to award all returns.

Standard Shipping

Orders for in-stock merchandise are normally shipped within one business day for delivery 1-4 business days after the order is placed, depending on your geographic location. See the “Shipping Charges” section below for Alaska and Hawaii orders. Please note that orders placed on nationally observed holidays will be shipped on the next normal business day. We ship all orders via UPS and do not require a signature for delivery. If you would like your package to be signed for upon delivery, please indicate that in the comments box when placing you order. A physical street address and a phone number are required for all shipments. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

* For orders shipping to U.S. Territories, Overseas Military addresses, or other International addresses, please call 1-866-927-9686, or order online and provide your email address and/or phone number so we can contact you to discuss shipping rates.

Expedited Shipping:

All expedited orders will be charged for standard UPS rates and the amount will depend on the delivery address. Orders received on business days before 4:00PM CST will ship on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00PM CST will ship the following business day. All orders placed after Friday at 4:00PM and throughout the weekend will be scheduled for shipment on Monday.
